Modest Mouse have a new EP entitled No One's First And You're Next due sometime in August. It is comprised of outtakes from the We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank sessions, and the band performed one of the new tracks, "Satellite Skin," on Letterman last night. It's a great, mid-tempo tune that harkens back to the glory days of The Lonesome Crowded West and contains echoes of Pavement's "Here." I have also posted an MP3 of the performance below.
